30 万发两篇 5 分的？ 作为初级实验室小白、不太懂行情的他，来问 X 师兄这么点钱到底够不够花。 相比之下，师兄顿时觉得自己的导师是一个大好人，至少给的经费没这么紧巴。
那么当老板给你的经费不充裕，要你积极发挥主观能动性的时候，如何优雅从容地发SCI呢？
（零）SCI 文章实验模板
首先做到心中有数，完成一篇 SCI 文章的工作需要哪些步骤？以临床样本出发的 SCI 文章有没有通用的模板呢？小张团队总结了一下，大家来看看对不对：
其中目标分子临床意义的确定是最基础也最重要，而分子机制是最烧钱和最烧脑同时也是风险最大的部分，因为 很容易「 人还在呢钱却没了 」。
（一）1~2 分 SCI 攻略
1~2 分的文章是最简单的了，嗖嗖嗖地做个芯片，啾啾啾地做个 RNA-seq，分析、验证之后，就可以写文章了，这个档次文章的工作量如下：
